Delivery for Orders within Accra is Priced between GHC15 or GHC 25 depending on Clients Location.

Free delivery on Orders worth of GHC500 Upwards.

BellezaBoxe will Refund ONLY lost goods or Completely Damaged Products.

However we wouldn’t send out damaged goods your way for DELIVERY, therefore always try to place your orders on time to avoid LATE DELIVERIES, as delayed DELIVERY could lead to Damages which we don’t encourage.

Belleza Boxe has Terms and Condition that applies to Returns of Products.
Belleza Boxe will NOT accept the following Returns;

  1. Products that has been UNSEALED by Client.
  2. Products that has been Partly Swatched or Tampered with.
  3. Products that has been Damaged by Client mishandling.

However Products that is Mistakenly Packed / Sent by any of our term will be ACCEPTED for Returns in Perfect Condition.

Also note that Belleza Boxe will bear the cost of Returns ONLY if we send you Faulty or Wrong Product(s).
